It was the age of innocence, a time of discovery, of beginnings. We were seniors in high school; letting our classes go, we focused our efforts on the band. The beginning of 1994 was spent either in the loft of Leahy’s house or in the studio. Friends would visit us in the studio and it was an all around good time. At one point we had about 14 boys from the Cape May bar singing background vocals. Even when Dave was sick he pulled off a solo that stunned Duncan and Les Lentz the producer. The band did a lot of work, about 6 months worth, and all in all it was a good album, some of the songs even transcending time as we were still in Gods hands. |
